Dear Gazette Chicago Readers:
The economic downturn resulting from the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic is affecting businesses, educational and religious institutions, and governmental agencies in ways we have not seen since Great Depression or World War II. Unfortunately, Gazette Chicago is among those impacted economically. Our thoughts remain with the thousands of Americans who have lost their lives and their families, the millions of others who have been infected, and our front-line responders and medical and support personnel who continue to perform heroically.
We are doing our best to serve you during this pandemic. This issue consists of only 16 pages in print—far below what we would normally be publishing. Yet, we remain extremely grateful to our advertisers who support us each month. Please show your support to the businesses and institutions you find in this issue.
A cost-effective way to offer additional stories is through our electronic version of Gazette Chicago. We not only encourage you, we urge you to go to our website at www.gazettechicago.com and click on the “E-Edition” tab. This is our electronic version of our publication. There, you will find an additional nine pages of stories we know you will enjoy reading and benefit from. And please, while you are on our website, sign up for the electronic version of the paper. We cannot guarantee what the future will bring us, but if you subscribe to our E-edition, you will continue to be able to find us.
Thank you and remember, we are all in this, together.
