Several area parishes will host St. Joseph’s Tables during March.
St. Jerome Croatian Parish, 2823 S. Princeton Ave., will host its first St. Joseph’s Table on Sunday, March 15, continuing a tradition established at Santa Lucia-Santa Maria Incoronata Parish. St. Mary of Perpetual Help All Saints-St. Anthony Church, 1039 W. 32nd St., will host its St. Joseph’s Table Sunday, March 22, following the 10:30 a.m. Mass, at about 11:45 a.m. All proceeds will support the poor in the local community. Notre Dame de Chicago and the Shrine of Our Lady of Pompeii have cancelled their St. Joseph’s tables for 2020. Nativity of Our Lord, 653 W. 37th St., will not have a St. Joseph’s table but will give a St. Patrick’s Party on Saturday, March 7, at 6 p.m. in the church hall, featuring the Shannon Rovers Irish Pipe Band, dinner with Harrington’s corned beef, a cash bar, a disc jockey, dancing, and a raffle. Tickets are $55 each, or a table of ten for $500. Those attending must be 21 or older. Call (773) 927-6263
